They take care of the property. This, to me, is as important as securing renters and maximizing profits! Previous agencies would allow anyone and everyone to rent the property, get a marginal rental rate, and allow the house to get "trashed" over time. It was so difficult to visit the property and find endless issues and damage due to the lack of maintenance/upkeep with these other rental agencies.
